Children's Ministries
Our children's ministries are called to grow our children in the grace of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ by:
- teaching the stories and message of God's Word, creating in the children a desire to be Christ's disciples
- encouraging our children to invite others to be a part of God's covenant family
- praising our Lord and Saviour through our learning, activities, worship and acts of service.
SCRIPTURE TEXT: PSALM 119:105
"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path."

Sunday School is held during
the morning service for children ages 2 1/2-8. The children
attend the service with their parents, and leave following the
children's story time. Our Sunday School program is a "hands-on children's ministry that attempts to bring the Bible to life through story-telling, song and crafts. Sunday school is offered to children, ages 21/2-grade 3. The children are dismissed for Sunday School part way through the morning service. Sunday School lessons follow the liturgical church year. This ministry is led by numerous teachers and younger helpers and currently ministers to approximately 70 children. In January 2012 we are beginning a new rotational model for Sunday School in which a single story is told in a variety of different ways in workshops such as cooking, art, drama, puppets, etc.
