Jubilee Night

Join us every Wednesday evening from September to April for Jubilee Night.

Time: 6:00 – 8:00 pm
Dinner: 6:00 – 6:30
($2.50/person or $9.00 family)

Every Wednesday, from September to the end of April, a large part of our church family gathers for dinner together.  Cooking crews prepare a meal for 100+ people on a weekly basis.  We open our evening together with prayer, enjoy a meal and disperse from there to our various programs and ministries.  Jubilee Night is truly a feat to pull off, but a blessing that has become an integral and vital part of our church family life.  God amazes us each and every year with willing volunteers and eager leaders.

ADULT EDUCATION
During Jubilee Night, several adult education courses are offered.  Usually there is one Bible study course offered and then others on faith application or topics such as child raising, managing your money, or similar interests.  Adult Education was a mainstay for most of Jubilee’s existence, but was put on the backburner when Small Groups began as it was feared the two would compete with one another.  After one year without Adult Education, it was re-introduced in the fall of 2010 on a smaller scale for those adults who genuinely desired something to participate in on Jubilee Night, and who are also still involved in the Life Groups.

LIBRARY
The library is a busy place after church on Sunday mornings, especially among the children who eagerly take out books and DVDs.  The library is an excellent resource of adult study materials, DVDs such as the Nooma series, and adult Christian fiction.

Children and Youth Programs: 6:30 – 8:00
Adult Education/Bible Studies: 7:00 – 8:00

Nursery provided for children up to 5 years old.
